I have a fully unlocked sim free 9860 and no software updates since november patch wise, no android 11. This is unacceptable for a £1000+ phone.
Purchased from HK , this was due to the state of the Exynos version of the note 20 ultra being so bad. When can we expect release parity, dont punish users who import due to using an inferior chipset in the EU.
Samsung needs to standardise on updates like apple etc, this is not a cheap phone so is completely unacceptable.
I purchased the same model SM-N9860 from Hong Kong also because of the significantly worse performance of the exynos models and have not recieved a security patch since November 2020 or an update since December 13 2020. What happened to 3 years of supported software updates? Is this model not recieving anymore? What is certain is that this is pathetic especially being one of the most expensive phones you offered in 2020.
