Note 20 Ultra dead screen

I bought two 20 note ultra as a preorder on August, After 3 months both of them have experienced a sudden dead screen for few days then reworked by its own, unfortunately because I was away of UAE I couldn't brought them to the customer service

Few weeks ago Both of them had the same issue, the screen turned black by its own even that U can hear every sound and notification but still no screen, after that one of the mobiles reworked again while the other still the same

By searching only it seems that this is a common issue for samsung, and by deliever it to the Custoner care they refused to Fix the issue through the warranty because of some scratch on the body.

Also I raised a complaint about this issue

Hi,

Please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center to have it checke dout by a technician.

I Got the same issue.
I went to DCC customer service. I tell them that I purchase the note 20 last Feb. They telling to me that no need the warranty because its Factory default. They fix it and after 2 day I got my phone and properly working.

Good to hear from you that your issue has been solved quickly

Unfortunately for me it didn't, They insisted that I must pay for the screen fixing and they cancelled the warranty for my mobiles

I had few bad experience with samsung products these past two years, And I was sad to see that such a big company doesn't cooperate with clients
