Note 20 Ultra - a fraud

Dear Samsung Co.,

You had make us fool by selling Note 20 Ultra saying it's a 5g phone. But even after 2 months of lauch you are not able to provide us a proper software. In case it is not a 5g phone pls take all these phones back and give our money back.

Yes jio is providing service here. I have contacted samsung support. They only told me that they don't know when update will be there for 5g. You might be using Airtel

You are not understanding. Service provider is providing 5g service here but Samsung has not provided update for this.
