Note 20 Ultra Handset Gone Blank

Recently my Note 20 Ultra 5G handset display gone blank. I was able to hear ringtone & notification tone, but display wasn't coming. Tried all troubleshooting, but of no use. Service center were not open due to lock down, really helpless situation. But suddenly after 3 days phone started automatically. Not expected this kind of technical glitch in a premium handset which cost more than 1 lakh within 8 months of time after purchase. Though didn't get any help from Samsung team as they denied any service due to lockdown. But they were all busy in sales online for which lockdown didn't hamper. It seems Samsung is more concerned in sales & not in service.

Online sales are not affected due to lockdown, but service centers are because people have to physically go for service, which isn't something we should do. Please try to understand the situation. Government has imposed lockdown, Samsung hasn't.

Samsung can extend for pick up service & can work with half staff in service center. If Samsung is really concerned in helping, there are many ways. Many companies providing pick up services

U can use door to door pickup, service and drop facility from samsung. Register your complaint through samsung customer care.

No, they cannot do that, and that's because of 2 reasons:

1. Government rules

2. YOUR safety

It's only applicable for service. If they are so concerned they should also stop sales, as in that case also delivery man meets the customer in person

How will they earn then??, even there are many companies and officiall works are been carried out so that employees working in the companies can be paid. Some things can't be argued because each point will be valid. I accept what u r saying is correct, but in the pandemic many things r stuck.
