Galaxy Note
Hey guys, I have a galaxy note 20 ultra and recently a green line appeared on the device's screen and when I took it to the Samsung authorised service center in Abudhabi Mall they told the warranty has been expired and they need AED 1045 to fix it. Is there any way I could
get the screen replaced for free because the device has mostly no scratches and cracks
and when I took it to an service center in india they told me to pay 20000 INR. What should I do?

I don't think you can get it done for free. It's too much for a 4 year old phone. Check other good repair shop for affordable options.

I am the one of the member who is facing this green line issue after the update. As my phone is out of warranty, Samsung easily denied the complaint as asked me to replace the screen with very high cost. The question is why should I bear this huge amount even though its not a me as a Samsung customer problem. As I am Samsung user for more than eight years, now my trust for this brand is gone and they gave me zero support.
