Whenever I connect a charger, it first drains my phone battery and then starts charging. Tried other charger too but facing same issue. I always keep my phone optimized and on power saving mode still the battery drains

I think it may be a software problem, you may try hard reset.
But I suggest you after hard reset install latest firmware from samsung smart switch and then reset again. It may fix your problem.
If it fixes let me know.😁
