Note 20 Ultra 5g , 5g network not working

Dear Samsung, 

Any update with regards to 5g mobile network . 

Indian 5g Jio network is not supporting Note 20 ultra 5g

Hello,

Kindly be informed that the 5G network depends mainly on the country that you're located in.

Please try to reset the network settings from the device settings > General > Reset > Reset Network settings. CAUTION: This menu deletes all the network information such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth.

However, If the issue still exists you should visit one of the authorized service centers for further investigations.

we already did everything, but Jio india 5g network says that note 20 ultra 5g is not a 5g phone ..

hi Guys , i guess its a great news that 5G jio ,is now working our phone NOTE 20 ULTRA 5G... could somebody please comfirm
