I have the exact same issue using my Note 20 ultra 5G .. the network connects/disconnects every 5 minutes on 5G but on 4G its fine .. I went to service provider they said wait for SAMSUNG to release an update .. and when we visit SAMSUNG store  they tell us its from service provider ... 1400$ phone from Samsung and this is the response where we are already getting cheated in EXYNOS instead of SNAPDRAGON ... SO PLEASE SAMSUNG .. PLEASE  ADDRESS THE ISSUE .. THANKS

Hi there, 

5G coverage depends on the service provider. We would recommend to take the device to the nearest certified Samsung Service Center to have it checked out.

I have the same problem 

Samsung you are CHEATING on us 

I got new note 20 ultra 5g

I want 5G network to work stable 

Not to get signal drop all the time

I had huawei phone with 5G on the same sim card

Its working perfectly 

I'm samsung user since S2 

Please don't let me down

I have resolved this issue by resetting the APN on my Note 20 Ultra
