Note 20 Ultra 5G - Heating Issue

Purchased the phone 1 week before, after full charging I checked video and downloads no problem at all.

But when I using the camera the camera area is heating up very soon.

What can I do?

If you are recording in higher quality it is normal for it to heat up unless the ambient temperature is decent enough you may notice little to minimal overheat on back of your device

I did not record anything just I opened the camera for a while it is getting heat.

also when I am charging from 10% to 70% there is a heating up. then after 70% it's normal.

Nothing since you already made a decision and bought the samsung without checking genuine reviews as many are experiencing the same and there is no fix.

Hi there, 

Please try to close the camera app or clear the cache and data on it. Also, make sure that other running apps are closed when not in use. If still heating up, please visit the service center to have the device checked out.

it does with my note 10 plus as well.., when I use camera in a sunny hot day

I went to Samsung service centre 1 week back checked the phone and told there is a software Issue and same time they updated and gave it back.
still the problem is same it's getting heat (not over heating or phone gets off) considering other note 20 ultra phone I checked video recording for 6 minutes, my phone gets warmer than the display phone.
So do I have to go again to showroom?
