Is there anyone else facing of changing network from 5G/ 4G - in both the case internet is normal and not super fast. 

Please advise. I am using du network in Abu Dhabi

Hi, I'm not facing any issues with Etisalat network, 5G is super fast.

Hi,

If you are moving from a 4G to 5G network,  then it may be normal. If the issue continues, then take the device to a certified Samsung Service Center to have it checked out.

I am facing the same issue on du 5G network. with 4G+ internet works fine whereas if the phone is set in to 5G/4G/3G/2G mode, 5G doesn't work properly even though full 5G coverage is available. Also when 5G mode is chosen, 4G+ doesn't work. Complained to du, they've checked the nearby tower and informed they couldn't find any issues. So using 4G mode always to get connected.

17Mbps with 5G mode (If the phone is on 5G mode it shows only 4G instead of 4G+) and 110Mbps with 4G mode- Shows 4G+ on the screen (Same location)
If i check from 5G locations, speed reaches till 200Mbps for few seconds then it will reduce to 3G speed😒

i dont have any issue between 5G and 4G+ for me its the same speed and Using 5G will drop your battery so fast, so I set 4G+ only rather than 5G., 😁
