Galaxy Note
I woke up my phone and the screen has a green tint. Whites are not pure white and Grey's appear olive green. The previous day the phone functioned perfectly. It hadn't fallen or sustained any sort of damage. The tint is visible clearly when using dark mode or when screen brightness is low.
I have tried:
- Rebooting device
- Booting in safe mode
- Factory reset
- Wiping cache partition
None of these have solved the problem. The phone had just come out of warranty and I do not want to pay almost R6000 to replace components when I haven't damaged the phone in anyway.
I'm hoping this is a software issue due to the most recent security patch released in November and that it can be fixed.
This is an expensive flagship phone, having the display fail for no apparent reason is unacceptable !!!
