Galaxy NoteHi there,
Please perform the following steps:
>Open Setting > General management > Reset > Reset setting > Reset setting.
>Open Phone app > tap on three dots > setting > about Phone > update.
>Go to Setting > Apps > Phone app > Storage > Clear cache.
>Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.
