one UI 3.0 is available in only selected regions.

i have upgraded andriod 11 one ui 3.0. but it's a junk update. because u can't access to andriod data / obb file anymore.
can't use moded apps.
can't use gfx tools for gaming.
most of apps crash because no app can assess to other app files.
in simple words they copy Apple Iphone ios security system.
they just bring animation nothing more.
Everyone downgrade to Andriod 10 .
