I am very disappointed with my Note 10 plus. I pre-ordered the device and now I am having problems with the S-pen. The phone cannot recognize my S-Pen and now neither the customer service nor the store where I bought it were so lame to take action. Imagine customer service who can't check my S-pen because they don't have S-pen of their own to verify if the prob was my S-pen or the device itself? I bought the phone because I nedd the S-pen and now I'm having probs without the S-pen to create mark-ups. I paid 4069 rials to get this much stress. Zzzz
