Note 10 plus internet speed drastically reduced after October update

Note 10 plus internet speed drastically reduced after October security patch. Also battery info status shows 14h 48 mins to discharge since fully charged.  Previously it was 20h 20 mins. I shared log to samsung, but no use, as usual samsung chatbot robot replied that there is no log attached.🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
