Note 10 plus back cover open automatically

I have purched my samsung galaxy note 10 plus in September 2019. Till now I haven't visited any samsung care center or private mobile repairing center but recently week ago i remove my phone case to clear and wash it and than I found that my phone back glass pulled out by it self from all side. Then I research about it on Google and Youtube where I found that to open back glass you need lots of heat and force to remove it but in my case it automatically opend. And I have also checked that my phone battery heart is good and it hasn't swollen yer.

So please any one can help me about what should I do.

Hey my note 10 has the same issue,have u gone to the service centre? If yes ,is the waterproofing still works? Or they just glue it like every local mobile shops

My Samsung Note 10 Plus also has a problem automatically opening the back cover. It has in warranty period the service center resolved the fault FOC. but now the warranty period has expired. What shall I do?

This just happened to my Note 10 Plus, so it seems its pretty common then. Oddly it never happened to my Note FE or Note 9.

This had happened with me thrice...once with Note 10 which was about two years old, another one with my mother's S20 which was slightly above one year old and lastly with my S10 which was about 3 years old. Samsung must take cognizance of this. My cousin also faced the same with her S20+ when she took her device to Samsung Service Centre where due to green line appearing on her phone's screen. The executive there was performing some test and it was when the back panel popped out on its own. It's really frustrating.
