as per call center they told me some files must have been corrupted went to the Samsung service center and wasted 6 hours and end result android 11 is not released for Note 10 plus 5g till now. what a shame to have Note 10 plus 5g n lower models have already received the update.
well, that's because you are using Snapdragon Processor. if you were using Exynos Processor you would got the update month ago. its just like Racism and hatred that because we are using Snapdragon processor.
i did not receive update for note 10 plus 5g yet 5 time i cal at call centre every time they told u will get update during Feb but Feb is going to end and now i cal the told go to customer service center they will help you shame shame on Samsung very disappointed i m going to move at iPhone i think iPhone is best because when iPhone releases updates then all phone received updates at same time
