Note 10 battery life and battery health

My battery life seems fine, but diagnose in samsung member app showing weak battery. Should I go on and change the battery? I am trying to keep the phone for one more year. 

Also how much will it costs total? ( 1100rs is given in website without service charge ang gst)

Actually this is the reason why, I checked for battery health. My back panel showing a gap and the panel can be lifted using finger nail, No battery bulging can be seen( my inspection).
Yesterday, I consulted with samsung service centre for closing the back panel,
They estimated 850 rs for the adhesive pack for note 10.
I really want to know how much will it costs to change battery?

Don't go by diagnostic built in app it gives error even if your battery is good . Use your device manager
