Note 10 Battery Not Available/Hate Samsung

I submitted my Note 10 at service center for battery replacement as the battery is swelling. After 13 days, my request was closed saying BATTERT NOT AVAILABLE IN WHOLE COMPANY. 

Talked to Senior supervisor, they are helpless.
Neither Samsung is ready for any compensation, nor they have any solution. First they said that battery is in Transit and will reach service center. Now they refused that not available.

They guided me to buy a new phone now 
Is it my fault that Samsung is not able to repair my phone? Gave up your hands! 
I paid advanced payment also.
But whole Samsung Executives are clueless what to do.

# I need my Phone to be replaced or repaired.

I have been informed that you claim your refund if you provide your phone with bill and box, since they don't have the part to be replaced
