Note 10+ 5G Variant UPDATE

I have the note 10+ 5G model number SM-N976Q

Middle East region

Till this day 17th of February i am on Android 9 ONE UI 1.5

This is unacceptable from a company towards there flagship device.

I would like to ask SAMSUNG when will they grace us and pay attention and rollout our Android 10 update.

who ever is in charge hates the note 10+ 5G i think because the didn't want to use Snapdragon.
