No thermal paste in Galaxy N20U.. but why?

What's the logic behind Galaxy Note 20 Ultra for not using any thermal paste? (I mean it's a flagship device with ultra price tag as well) 

What i read in several articles regarding overheating issues failed to explain the logic behind it...

They have a heater named Exynos which remits extensive heat and the graphite thermal cannot sustain it . That's the whole story. 😜

I think samsung is ashamed of mentioning Exynos 990 in specs, instead they just say octa core.
