Hi there, 

Since Friday 15th December 2023 evening, I've had no network on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Only when i connect to a wifi can i make calls (through WiFi calling) and WhatsApp. Otherwise, I have a 'no entry' sign in the top right hand corner of my phone with no network or signal. Please help. I have tried the usual of reseting network settings, resetting factory settings, taking my sim card out and putting it back in. I also got a new sim but no avail. I have put my new sim in another phone and i get full signal and 5G, but just not with my samsung note 20 ultra 5G. I have read there have been issues recently. Please can you help. I urgerntly need this fixed now. Thank you.

Did you try : Phone diagnosis in the support tab of Samsung Members app?
Seems like a hardware issue. Visit a Samsung service center.
