I have a note 8 purchased before 21st October. I have contacted Samsung multiple times and there has been no satisfactory response from your side. I got a call from the escalated team and she said that she has verified that I have a valid offer and will c the banner in my galaxy app soon. But there has been nothing and again she also has not replied to the email instead of sending mails since 3 days... It has been a month now that I am contacting you for the same reason... It is very disappointing. A brand like Samsung can thug us with free offer banners and not deliver the free product to us.
