Hi, I have posted about my phone before in this forum but all solutions I got did not work. My device is still on android 9 one ui 1 but I'd really love to upgrade it to android 10.
First problem I encountered is that it lacks the software update menu in the settings and when I tried firmware upgrading in Odin it failed in "re-partition operation fail (PIT).
I have contacted UAE customer care through we chat and they informed me that me phone imei is registered in Korea and that it was to get UAE upgrade to Android 10 but they me there was nothing they could and that I contact Korea for support. I haven't been able to contact Korea.
