No Call Recording in Galaxy Note 9

I went to all the settings and cannot find the call recording feature in Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Is this feature removed from the phone?? Please help me with this..

Open phone app > three dotted Menu > Setting > 3 or 4 th Option is there for Call recording

another thing is some country doesn't allow user to record the phone recording thus samsung disable them due to privacy issues
