Galaxy Note
Besides the security update, the only other change is the selfie camera mode. It now has 2 modes for wide angle, a 68 degrees angle by default, and a new 80 degree angle, right above the shutter button
. It doesn't offer much space, but definitely an improvement.
The standalone night mode was not introduced in this update, it's now a core function in the One UI user interface on the S10 series.

Galaxy Note
Samsung always keep something unique for their latest flagship. During the release of Note 5 with theme support everybody expected that with an update note4 will also get themes. But nothing happened. When note 7 started to blew the note 4 and 5 was the models available in market. Still they didn't give most of the note 5 features to note 4. It's their marketing strategy. They want us to think that my phone doesn't have the latest features........
