This happens only in S20 seris and Note 20 seris.due to a hardware bug.

Many users have dissapointed about 𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙎𝙖𝙢𝙨𝙪𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙨 because of buying these devices.😅
