Galaxy Note
Im using galaxy note 10 plus
My Facebook messenger app isn't working. Done clearing the cache clearing data uninstall and install again the application, after trying all the possible ways to fix it but still the same issue im facing, it keeps on logging and log out nothing else happens.
Anyone know how how to fix it.

Hi, please make sure your software is upto date. (Settings > Software update > Download and install).
Then update all apps from both playstore and Galaxy store.
Then force Restart. (Volume-down plus power key for 10-15 seconds).
If nothing works try after wiping your cache partition.
Simply connect your device to the computer via data cable (or just insert a c-ported headset) > Switch off your device >Press and hold, power button + volume-up button for 4-5 seconds till the phone turn on and boot into the recovery mode.
Use volume keys to navigate to 'wipe cache partition.' Use power key to select and confirm. Then reboot your device. Normally, this will not effect any personal data or settings.
