I am facing an issue with my phone last 2 days as it is getting over heated when I am trying to open any applications. When I play some games it is getting over heated like hot pan and I need to get away the phone from my hand due to the high heat.
I am little feared will it explode as like previous note versions and I dont want it to happen. This phone is under warranty period also. Can you please help me regarding this . I am not user for last 5 years and I am facing this issue for the first time
you can contact samsung directly through this app. go to the main page, click the blue circle on the bottom right corner, choose send feedback option, follow the steps and describe your issue there. you should get a response withing a couple days. you're just contacting other users like you by posting here.
You can always call their service center or drop by if you have concerns on your phone. So far I have not encountered this issue since I started using my Note9 last year April. But really if heating is such a concern you should just call up and visit the service center.
Can you please contact our call center on 800 7267864 and request Remote Management to have the phone checked, but if is too hot, then please bring the device to nearest service center.
