Mene samsung Level u hedphone new liye but samsung note8 ke sath connect nahi ho rahi

But mera samsung note10 plus ke sath connect ho rahi hai why

It works fine with Note8 too, just reset it by pressing Play/Pause button for Five Seconds, and then try again...

Hi there,

To resolve the issue please follow the below troubleshooting steps:

1. Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->Bluetooth).
2. Go to settings>apps>all>three dots>show system apps>Bluetooth>storage>clear cache.
3. Reset network settings (Scroll down notification panel >Settings>General Management>Reset >Reset network settings)

Then try to connect level U with the device again.
