Galaxy NoteHi there,
To resolve the issue please follow the below troubleshooting steps:
- Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->Bluetooth).
- Go to settings>apps>all>three dots>show system apps>Bluetooth>storage>clear cache.
- Reset network settings (Scroll down notification panel >Settings>General Management>Reset >Reset network settings)
Then try to connect level U with the device again.
