NOTE 20 ULTRA GALLERY APP STOPPED WORKING AFTER UPDATE

Hi everyone,

I updated to ui 3.1 and everything was working fine.  Yesterday, I updated the gallery app from the Galaxy store and it stopped working.  There are no pictures and albums.  The camera wouldn't save pictures in there.  I already deleted cache, data, and partition per Support but none has worked.

try the same thing but this time after Clear data force stop the app then close it out of of your background 5hen restart your phone try it!

try to do the same thing but instead of closoing app and restarting your phone try to Uninstall then reinstall your Update of your App try it

this last thing should work Now instead of doing all this and reinstalling it what I am going to do is this basic thing is uninstall the update of your application

if you cannot uninstall the update then just go to its application settings then at the bottom you will see reset camera or gallery Which ever settings want to reset
