Can you guys plzz confirm when we will get ONE UI 3.0 FINAL UPDATE FOR NOTE 10 AND S10 FAMILY ??

As simple as this, s10 has exynos and s10 lite has sandragon 855 which is more efficient than exynos. But wireless dex is not there for S10 lite. If there is a plus there will be a minus

Well, to put your thoughts to rest - India Note devices run on Exynos where's the US/SK/China version runs Snapdragon. So there's two type of devices to customize the update for. S10 Lite has only one global model running on Snapdragon, so it's easier to roll out updates. You'll mostly get it soon.
