NO one ui 2.1 update yet

hi Samsung.. i have a galaxy Note10 plus 5g in Kuwait.. NO one ui 2.1 update yet .. and the last update is security patch of April... why?

I am also waiting... This is the first time in my whole history with Samsung i felt regretful of buying the 5G version 🥺...

Unfortunately, I refused to buy LTE version that time, and i remember that i waited 3 months to buy the 5G. and now LTE version received the update from 2 months, and they are very excited because of the features in the One UI 2.1.

I am not sure when samsung will start respecting 5G version, i remember we faced the same late update issue when we were waiting the Android 10 update

However, i am very annoyed and fadeup... i called customer service many times, and the answer is always mysterious...

some regions received one ui 3.0 i think for Snapdragon versions. and we are still on hold ?
