My phone slowed down alot since this last update.

Hey Samsung, on the Note10 Plus, Exynos version my phone went from smooth to clutter. Camera app keeps failing, i press record and after i recorded i press Stop but the screen freezes for 5to 10 seconds. Instagram stories take forever to forward all cluttery.. You guys really want us to buy the new models? Thats why u messed up everything? Pls fix it, or let me downgrade to my old Ui.

sometimes when you are updating the phone over the internet there are chances of getting it corrupted. will suggest you to take a backup of your data and visit nearest Samsung Service Center and ask them to upload the software update via computer and that should solve your problem.

And sometimes even applications dosent have updates as the lastest software updates. So down the line you will get individual applications uodate and that should reduce the app crashes.

do take an backup before you get it done as they will format your phone and then will. upload the new software...... so better take a backup and then go for it.
am sure your problem will be resolved......

Please bring the device to the nearest Samsung Service Center to have it checked out. Upon checking the device, a technician can determine how to resolve the issue.

it happened to my note 10 plus as well.
I regret updating my phone to one ui 3.
frequent app crashes like never before.
