My phone lights up automatically

This started today evening, i picked up my phone to check my messages but i was not able to pull down the notification bar, even if i pull it down it'll go up at the same time not allowing me to perform any actions.

the other issues is that the phone lights up the lock screen , it keeps turning on and off...and it started to heat up my phone(note 10 lite).

don't know what happened i tries resetting my settings, tried restarting my phone and switched it off for some time still no improvement...

i did find some article basd on this issue on samsung phones , but couldn't find the perfect solution for this...

once go to safemode and observe

even in safe mode its the same the display keeps on lighting up and the phone starts to heat...

if same issue in safemode too, then its better to visit service centre otherwise you may face more problems in future

yeah it seems i'll have to visit the service centre , but do you have any guess why the phone is behaving like this, nor i have dropped or done anything...???

its kinda wierd cuase its first time iam seeing any phone behaving like this..

see if in safemode same issue as you said then no issue from app
most probably due to software glitch
and very less chance due to hardware
visit and lets see most chance after reinstall software it will be fixed
