Galaxy NoteI m using a Galaxy Note 9 copper 128 GB model, 2 days back i find my S pen to be broken as soon i pull out the pen, the glossy part where SAMSUNG logo is printed comes in hand whereas the remaining part of the pen remains inside. I even reached out to the Service centre and they asked me to make a purchase of the s pen. But as it was none of my side fault i expect and request Samsung to provide me a replacement of the pen. Hoping a favourable reply.
