I m using Samsung from my first mobile From 
GALAXY SERIES
GALAXY GRAND 
THEN GALAXY Grand 2 
GALAXY S6
GALAXY SPORT GEAR
THEN SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 9
I always wanted to be a part of Note Family and able to save my money to buy 
NOTE 9 ON Aug 22 2018
I really enjoyed using it but after 1 year several problems rapidly occur in my mobile 
Fingerprint sensor stop working
WATER GET INSIDE THE MOBILE 
BATTERY DRAIN FASTER 
AND NOW S-Pen stop working
Back cover of mobile got loose aswell 
I never expect after spending that much on smartphone i will get these problem in 2 year.
I am not Same country from where i bought this I am in Saudi Arab now  and excited for
 Galaxy note 20 pro
 But after facing so much issue how i can be a part of your  Family anymore.
Forsure Samsung don't get affected with loosing one customer at all But  MY NEXT SMARTPHONE WILL NOT BE SAMSUNG ANYMORE..😔
