It switches off at 3% and sometimes at 2% only. Even I connect charger it switches off immediately and then start charging in switched off mode. This happens in these low percentage only.

If your phone is around one year old then its normal for phone to switch off at low %, Because of battery teardown with time and usage.

Some charging tips. Don't let your phone fully discharge. If you want your battery health to be good always charge at 5% minimum and don't charge above 96%. Your battery life will improve. Rest is upto you. cheers

calibrate your battery. use *#0228# then quick start to reset fuel gauge .. do this only 1s. don't worry if you see different battery %. once done forget about it now charge device upto 100 then discharge to 0.. do this 2 times then after this don't charge device above 80 and discharge below 20 for better battery backup and life.

After reseting fuel Gauge one time, I charged my phone to 100% from its current percentage (52%) and while discharging it to 0%, I was not able to get my phone discharge till 0% as it automatically again switched off at 4%, happened twice.
