My Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra got a dead pixel after a software update. My product is under warranty but samsung declined my warranty by saying that it got physical damage. a minor dent on the frame, which is not even visible in a normal look. you have to look thoroughly to see the dent. But why you are checking that, because the dead pixel appeared only after the software update.
