Motion during Video recording

I have a Galaxy Note 10 lite. I use it to record classroom videos. I jeed those videos to be still. But this mobile is recording the videos which keep on moving horizontally. Due to which I am not getting desired output.

Can anyone help me how to lock that motion ??
