I got a popup few days back that moisture has detected. After that whenever I tried to plug charger or earphone , it wont detect and my phone won't charge. I have followed many steps shown on Youtube, but none worked.

Also, My phone has never been in contact to water which could possibly form moisture. So I don't know why this error.

Please help me.

Just clean your charging port. Use some dry cloth. Use hair dryer to blow some air into the charging port, and after few mins check again.

Try charging with your phone switched off once, before that make sure to dry the port and charging plug thoroughly using a hair dryer.

Drying for 2-3 minutes is enough.

if drying doesn't help then it might be a problem with the charging port. take it to a service centre.

I faced this same issue and the service centre told me replace the ports,
but should void the water resistance and may damage other parts,so i bought a fast wireless charger
after a month or so,the problem was gone without doing anything else.
Dont know what caused the issue in the first place
