Mobile not charging after update note 20 ultra

So I got the android update few days back. Plugged in my phone and let it update. After update complete the phone stopped charging altogether.

It is charging wireless but not going above 52%.

Did a factory reset. No luck.

Cant get into recovery mode. Tried all combos. 

Any one else having this issue?

Any tips on how to fix this?

You must factory reset it first .. than many new features will also get unlock..
