Mobile data turns off while on voice call.

Everytime I'm on call it automatically turns off mobile data after something 5 minutes of call. I can't do work or search anything while I'm on call. 

It is not a problem on other phone. 

Any solution?

it's temporary. not permanent ...read section they clearly said that it's temporary not continuous

but as long as call goes it remains off... when I hang up call then after it starts

isn't there any way to keep mobile data on even while on call?? bcoz other manufacturers give this feature/facility

if you have data on one sim, and you use 2nd sim which haven't data then its happened, but also connect again after few minute
did you enable "use mobile data during call"?

I think that option of "Mobile data during call" is not available on ONE UI 1.0

yes, when attend call and if you have data on other sim too then it enable data on other sim

Yes , turn on volte calls under the mobile network section in connection settings
It should work
