Missing Live Focus on my Note 20 Ultra !

Hello ! My Live Focus has gone missing from the Camera option .. And can't manage to find a way to get it back ! Need help pls !

Perhaps the camera needs to be check. Let Samsung check it. call them at their toll free number.

Yes .. I did .. and they said that the Live focus has been renamed to Portrait .. !

Portrait is NOT the same as Live Focus!

It is after the update in the Note 20 Ultra .. don't know about the others however ..

I am a bit stumped by the reply from Samsung? it should be a known fact for Samsung Community manager that Live Focus has been renamed to Portrait? but the first reaction from them is send it to a samsung service center - i think it's mostly a standard reply I am seeing for all posts;

Even for software updates, I think I have seen a reply where they also say the same thing, I could be wrong but c'mon not every single issue needs to sent to the service center

Hi there, after the new update, live focus is renamed as Portrait.
