How did you get these quality photos

I got this quality by the normal lens, and then I edited it in Lightroom for the final image.

So editing in lightroom is a app or a website? And is it need to pay?

It's an app for the phone and it's mostly free. You can pay a subscription for additional features, but u get 99% of features for free.
