May 2019 security patch update

Hi, I am residing in Kuwait and I own a Note 8 with One UI April 2019 update. I heard that the May 2019 update is released but I haven't received it through OTA yet. Why is that?

It's not yet released in Kuwait for Note8. Probably by this week.
