MARCH update not received for NOTE 9

Yes, but that does not necessarily mean that all devices on similar timeline will gwt the same patches.

So you mean devices released in Jan & in Dec comes under same regulations.
The point is... S series ought to fall under Quarterly updates before Note series. Isn't it?
