Lost my handwritten notes

Even though I'm sure I had synced my handwritten notes to the Samsung account, I can't retrieve them after trying multiple times. Don't really know whether it's the format problem or a sync problem.

Please help. Notes contain important data.

Basically I had to give my phone for repairs so I backed up ALL my notes on the cloud via syncing. But when I re added my Samsung account, and tried to restore the notes, nothing is there
