Live Captions Note 9 Sprint

Hello all! My first post.  I have the SG Note 9 with sprint full premium plan. But I cannot find live captions it will not come up. Please help I and my wife are deaf/hoh and this would be great help to us thank you. And yes i have Andriod 10 Ijust updated. Thanks! I went to reccomended place in volume settings not there either.

Only pixel devices are supporting LIVECAPTIONS. Note 9 doesn't have this option right now.
