i found the solution, windows settings search for projecting to this PC 'ON' then click the smart view on your note device and then connect its so easy!!
Link to windows is not just screen mirroring. You can interact with your phone through a windows 10 PC and you can receive notification and calls in your PC.
I think you can just do link windows from mobile screen panel. I haven't done it but seen videos on youtube. Just check out youtube you can get the solution.
